If you do we’re going to assume your band is good and let you in on this new thing. Over at http://Soundtrack.MTV.com they’re registering all these new, emerging and unsigned bands who would like to have their music considered by the crack music supervisors for placement on MTV shows. It’s pretty easy: just go register your band, build a page, upload your music and voila you are in the running.

Maybe you’re more like us - you prefer to consume good music and not dirty your hands making it? You can register in the community also (your Subterranean community log-in gets you right in, as a matter of fact) and be our friend. We love when people leave us sweet notes (even if their band sucks).

And, because we think it’s interesting, we’ll repost a playlist each day of all the MP3s we get emailed for you to listen to and judge. Leave us comments on what you like, hate, loathe, love. Yesterday’s tracks are there already in our playlist module, awaiting your ears.
