Ok, so some fine albums came out in 1997. We’d like to take a moment to remind you that 1997 also saw some amazing crap like Matchbox 20, Third Eye Blind, Smash Mouth, Jewel, the Verve Pipe, Blink-182, the Wallflowers, Days of the New, Paula Cole - basically we can come up with one piece of crap for every “seminal” album the A.V. Club want to pimp.
